A native of Richmond, Chris attended the University of Virginia where he majored in Economics and History. After graduation, Chris taught various subjects at Gifft Hill High School (Formerly the Saint John School) in St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands, including literature, government and economics. Afterwards, he graduated from the George Mason University School of Law, where he was awarded a law school fellowship for his academic excellence.
Chris is currently licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and continues to tutor middle-school and high-school students on the weekends.
